FAZ, Croatia FA Seal Cooperating Development Deal

FAZ boss Andrew Kamanga sign agreements with Croatian FA Boss Suker
The leaders of the the Zambian and Croatian football bodies namely, Andrew Kamanga and Davor Suker have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the sidelines of the 2019 FIFA Congress currently underway in Paris, France.
The agreement between the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) and Croatian Football Federation (HNS – Hrvatski nogometni savez) will see a long term partnership aimed at up-skilling Zambian football talent and enhancing football development at national and grass-root levels.
The signing ceremony follows a previous meeting held between FAZ President Andrew Kamanga and his Croatian counterpart Davor Suker earlier this year.

The Kamanga-led FAZ executive is implementing a long-term strategy aimed at supporting development from grassroot level, especially in light of the intriduction of Provincial Cups and the de-linking of the Super Devision.
Following the roll-out of the transitional league, Zambia continues to make progress in aligning to international standards of football.
Technical support from Croatia is expected to further enhance skills training to ensure competitive and professional football across the country.
The co-operation will benefit youth development as well as enhancing womens football and Futsal. #footballdevelopment
