Former Chelsea, Israel and Ghana boss has arrived in the country.

In 2008, in April, he was named Premier League manager of the month and later led Chelsea to the Champions League final, something his predecessor Jose Mourinho failed to achieve with the Blues, but drew 1-1 with Sir Alex Ferguson’s Manchester United before losing 6-5 on penalties after John Terry slipped on the fifth penalty on a rainy day in Moscow and three days later the contract of the Israeli was terminated at the London club on 24 May.

In 2015, he guided the Black Stars of Ghana to the Africa Cup of Nations final but lost on penalties to Ivory Coast.

The experienced 67-year-old is expected to be unveiled as Chipolopolo boss on Thursday morning.
