Patriots for Economic Progress (PeP) President Sean Tembo has mocked the hiring of Croatian gaffer Aljosa Asanovic by the Football Association of Zambia {FAZ} as not being serious.
Speaking after Zambia were taught a footballing lesson in Ivory Coast in an AfCON 2023 qualifier, Tembo who is an opposition leader lamented that Zambia can not be taken serious with the hiring of a ‘Physical Education coach from Europe.’
In his social media short statement posted earlier, Tembo writes;
“You get a PE teacher from Europe and make him national team coach, and then expect to win games? Let us get serious as a nation”
