Zambia’s Chipolopolo boys on Tuesday evening left it late to beat Comoros Islands 2-1 in a match day two of the Africa Cup of Nations (AfCON) qualifier played at a fully packed Heroes stadium in Lusaka.
Zambia netted through Captain Enock Mwpeu at the stroke of half time before substitute Kings ‘mature’ Kangwa netted a power drive of a free kick in the dying ambers of the match.
The winner gives Zambia 3 points and sit on third position in group H with an inferior goal difference to Comoros who sit on second position.
