PHOTOS: Zambia Hold First Training Session In Tunis

The Chipolopolo boys got down to work in Tunis hours after setting up base ahead of tomorrow’s Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier against the Carthage Eagles.

Coach Beston Chambeshi and Technical Advisor Aljosa Asanovic led the squad through an evening drill at the Maeza Sports Complex.
The players looked jolly under the wash of a mild drizzle as they shook off the strain of the long flight into Tunis.

Zambia plays Tunisia at the Stade Hammadi Agrebi on Tuesday evening in a 20:00 hours (21:00 hours CAT) kickoff.

The Chipolopolo boys are lying third in the group with seven points while Tunisia and Equatorial Guinea are on 10 points with the Carthage Eagles enjoying a healthier goal difference.

Zambia come into this game on the back of a 4-0 drubbing of Mauritania while Tunisia lost 1-0 away to Equatorial Guinea.
Only one team from the group will qualify to the final knock out stage which will have 10 teams that will be paired against each other.

The five winners in the final qualifying round will represent Africa at the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup.
