Ba Bestone is a coach that knows and understands the role of senior and experienced players….no wonder he has managed to rekindle “Bazo” at Nkana FC Kalampa
The problem is that we have included players in our Football politics..
Statements and actions that have come from Football House the past 5 years have not only been uninspiring but divisive to players….Statements like
1. 2012 Players are big headed
2. Some senior players have loyalty to the previous regime.
3. We are aware of match fixing by some senior players….. ..
4.Removal of 2012 pictures from the Walls of Football House.
5. Removal of 2012 pictures from the Facebook Home page of our FA and replacing them with U20 2017 pictures..e.t.c

Anyone who has spent time with any Senior Chipolopolo players after a loss,will tell you that such statements are very unfair and insulting to our gallant players in Zambia 🇿🇲.
I have had the privilege to travel with players after a loss, e.g:
1. From Cape Verde to Zambia, it was a long quite and sad trip where we lost 1-2 to the hosts in 2014.
But in our quest to make a name quickly, we have mixed Football politics with player selection and the result is a Hatrick of Absence at AFCON even with an increased number of countries from 16 to 24!
The transitioning has been haphazardly chaotic, lopsided and simply mediocre.
